Laptop-ul a pornit sau era pornit dar tastatura interna sau touchpad intern nu actioneaza nimic pe ecran.
Solutie:
1. Deconecteaza orice cablu de la laptop cat si stick-uri de memorie, USB dongle pentru mouse, Hub USB, HDMI, etc.
2. Tine apasat pe butonul de power al laptop-ului timp de 1 minut
3. Porneste laptop-ul din nou in mod normal si verifica daca tastatura / touchpad functioneaza. Daca tot nu functioneaza, Repeta pasul 2.
